A spooky autumn tree display for Halloween
Paper your wall with large sheets of paper overlapped or large rolls in chosen colour, blue-tack or staple gun for rolls of paper.
I cut curved edges like the bottoms of clouds on the top sheets, plus added twigs to my display with mug hooks as a winter/autumn theme backdrop.
I cut out the tree leaving some of the yellow for eases as the background is the same colour.
Then blue tacked it to the wall.
The start of a spooky background.
Add bats as desired, try to dive an idea of distance.
Next I got another bit of A2 black paper and made a mound/ground area, using chalked area to gage shape.
cut out the silhouette mound and blue-tacked it to the wall.
I Wiped the chalk of with damp cloth.
Carry on with slimer strips cut from the remainder of the card.
Carry on adding leafs not on all branches so it looks mid fall.
I painted the pumpkins with orange and green acrylic for foliage.
Then I painted the halloween pumpkins face with one coat of yellow acrylic, so it shows both the orange beneath as a glow effect.
The harvest punkins got a trim on the grass area to tidy up.
I then moved the pumpkins down to the bottom of the wall display and trimmed the crows feet so the yellow outline is gone, so they are on the punkins.
Crow on punkins
Then i made a moon with some silver card, draw round a small plate.
Cut out ready for some fairy wishes
cover silver paper moon in pva.
Then sprinkle with silver glitter.
Add you silvery moon and parties away x
