One male Indian elephant mask.
One female Indian elephant mask, female.
A male Indian elephant has tusks and the female has no tusk both have smaller ears than the African elephant.
You will need for an Indian elephant paper mask.
- Templates printed, on the bottom of post.
- Two blue sheets of A4 card per elephant
- Scissors
- P.V.A glue pallet well & brush for glue
- 40 cm green garden cane
- Glue gun
- Silver sequins.
- Round 2.5cm paint applicator & flat 3cm for tusks
- Grey paint & pallet
- Water in large jar for washing brushes
- cloth
- White glitter or silver
- A wipe-able surface
Print out both templates onto blue card.
Cut out templates
Stick parts together.
Front view stuck together.
Fold eye part in half to cut eye hole.
Then sponge on some grey paint made form black & white.
Leaving space around the black outlines.
P.V.A when dry and sprinkle white or silver glitter.
Glue cane onto back of mask. I used a glue gun recommend adult for this bit.
Glue bottom of cane leaving a handle to curve trunk. I used a glue gun recommend adult for this bit.

For a male indian elephant, with tusks you need this template
Paint tusks as shown with sponge applicator.
Leave blue showing slightly.
Glue to mask as shown.
