To make paper crows you will need…
- 4 Sheets of black A4 Card or thick paper per crow
- Acrylic paint to give depth, I used Blue, Purple and black.
- 1 30cm Pipe cleaners
- Black wool
- Glue gun and glue
- Scissors
- Clean wipe able desk and damp cloth.
- Water bucket & brush
- 30 green 5mm cane
- Templates, right click linage below and save as to download and then print to make templates.

WHEN DRAWING TEMPLATES FROM ORIGINAL PRINTED TEMPLATES BY DRAWING AROUND THEM, MAKE A PAIR OF BOTH WINGS, NO 5 & NO 6, PLUS 8 FEATHERS.
Cut out templates and then draw around them and cut out the black paper parts.
Marking out any fold s and cuts as shown via template.
Then join marks out to mark folds ect, with a light pencil line.
Make butterfly effect with paint, add paint to one half and fold on each templete

Wings
Then lay other wing on top as shown.

Start with No1 template
Glue No1 template together as shown.
Snap a 30 cm garden cane in half.
Glue on to No1 template.
No 2 template is its base/belly
Start gluing No 2 template as shown.
Then glue the three flood cuts and glue to template No1 as shown.
No1 & No2 glued.
Glue No 3 template as shown on crows back.
No 4 template glued on top of No3 slightly further up.

Glue No 5 and No 6 templates, the wings on as shown.
Wings glued on.
Make legs with a A5 cut in half as portrait, by rolling arong the left over half of canes as shown, and glue at end.
Cut ends to get correct lengths.
Glue No11 templates which are a pair as shown.
Glue No11 templates to legs.
Make pipe cleaner feet as shown, with half of the pipe cleaner per foot.
Two legs and feet.
Wind wool around feet till covered and glue end to cover fully.
Wool on foot.
Glue them to legs and to bottom of crow as shown,
Glue No7 template to chest area.
Then gule No8 sides together with tab.
Now make head starting with No9 template
glue head front as shown.
Then the back of No8 template as shown.
No8 and No9 together ads shown.
Now make No 10 template which is the beak.
Glue together as shown which is a triangle.
Then fold as shown, to add shape.
Flatten out last fold as shown.
Glue beck on as shown.
Cut out Tempte No 12 which is a set of 8 feathers.
Cut comb effect as shown on feather, and this is a sample of their placement on one side.
